Service Description

Get ready for concierge Pilates service: featuring aromatherapy, tons of props and an immaculately clean studio with both Reformer, Wunda chair and Cadillac Pilates equipment. As a certified Pilates Instructor, Reconditioning Specialist and Hanna Somatics practitioner I will give you a full postural and movement assessment and create a specialized program to release chronically contracted/tense muscles, restore balance, create symmetry in your movements and give you strength in ways you didn't know were possible to make healthy functional movement a breeze.
