Service Description

Come out and "Play Pilates" with Heather at a full equipment Pilates Studio. Just because it's serious work doesn't mean it can't be super fun. Somatic Pilates is a small studio so twice a week Heather rents out this larger 5 Reformer studio with all the "toys" to put together a fun and engaging class to enjoy all the amazing benefits of a Pilates lesson with the fun of a group setting. (Class packages are available)
