New Client 3 Session Package

Service Description

This introductory new client package gives you 3 full One Hour private Pilates sessions utilizing both Reformer and Cadillac Pilates equipment along with an array of props to give you a personalized Somatic Pilates experience. Based on a full postural and movement assessment, the sessions are designed to release chronically contracted/tense muscles, restore balance, create symmetry in your movements and give you strength in ways you didn't know were possible to make healthy functional movement a breeze. (This is valid for first time Somatic Pilates clients only)
